  Generate the Power
Susan Stafford's Golf Schools for women, encourages women of all abilities to participate in the game of golf for self-satisfaction and enjoyment. The Roland Stafford Golf School owes it longevity and continuous high quality standards to Susan’s leadership and vision. Her interpretation of, and extension on her late husband’s, Roland Stafford, teaching method, teaches women how to generate the power needed in a golf swing to hit the ball farther.

Dear Women,

Learning to play golf has been one of the greatest joys of my life. It has opened doors for new friendships, created travel opportunities and has kept meSusan Stafford physically and mentally fit. Because of its perplexity, golf is a personal challenge. I set attainable goals, and when reached, they build my confidence and self-esteem.

The Roland Stafford Teaching Method is particularly successful with women. The arms and body work together to generate the power needed in the golf swing. This movement applies to women of all sizes and athletic ability and is the key to hitting the ball farther. We'll show you how to reach your potential with positive thoughts rather than restrictive thoughts such as "keeping your head down" or "keeping your left arm straight".

As the popularity of golf continues to rise, we at the Roland Stafford Golf Schools have a sensible approach to this challenging game with lots of mental spin and a good clean focus on fun versus fury.

In a special effort to encourage more women to participate in the game of golf we have set aside the following dates at our Windham location to make your learning experience the best ever. Three days will give us plenty of time for play on the golf course.

Sincerely,
Susan Stafford

Testimonials

"Dear Susan, I can’t thank you enough again for the tremendous confidence you gave me to continue with my game.  I had no idea this would be so much fun, let alone that I would come away with such a change in my swing and attitude!  You are the best; expect a lot of my friends to be visiting soon!"
Nancy Carroll …   Pennsylvania

"Susan, I want to thank you for being such a wonderful golf instructor. It was so good to have your gentle mentoring and guidance. Plus, I enjoyed our foursome so much. And as a voice teacher, as well, as performer, 6 days and nights a week at the Metropolitan Opera Company, I am always most grateful for mentors. I have so many famous musical mentors, but as my 2nd passion (golf) you were my ideal mentor as a golf professional. THANK YOU."
Juli McSorley..... New York City, Metropolitan Opera

"Midge and I played golf today for the first time since golf school. We raved to our friends about our experience and are especially grateful that we had 2 days of pretty good weather and excellent instruction with Knut. Thanks again for a good 2 days. Enjoy your summer and may the sun shine in Windham."
Faith Weldon.....Glenville, New York

“Thanks so much Susan. I want you to know that last weekend I went out to play golf and I did my best ever. My ‘6 iron’ putt worked like a charm. Most importantly for me, I got paired with 2 guys I didn't know who were really good players, and I was relaxed and had fun. Hope the rest of the summer goes well.”
Randi Margolin….Scarsdale, New York

“Thank you for your outstanding ability to analyze my golf swing, your encouragement, and unfailing positive cheer!”

Our daily schedule will start at 9:00AM with an introduction on your first day of class by Susan Stafford. You will then be assigned to classes with a maximum of 4 students to each Golf Professional. Classes rotate on our beautifully maintained practice areas, allowing all students the opportunity to work on all areas of their game.
We talk about equipment and can fit you for golf clubs best suited for your game. A clinic on the Rules of Golf and Etiquette will eliminate your fears of intimidation on the golf course. Both the two day and the three day schools include playing lessons with a scramble format tournament in the three day school. School instruction ends at 3:00PM, but the course is open to dark.
